Trovare modi pi\u00f9 efficaci per riutilizzare le acque reflue in loco consente di risparmiare acqua, tagliare i costi e ridurre l'impatto ambientale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un'azienda globale del settore petrolifero e del gas ha sviluppato un processo di carbonatazione minerale per sequestrare la CO2 proveniente dalle sue raffinerie. La CO2 viene mineralizzata per produrre un solido che pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato come materia prima nell'industria delle costruzioni. Per ottenere la qualit\u00e0 richiesta, il prodotto finale viene risciacquato per rimuovere le impurit\u00e0. Dopo il lavaggio, il prodotto finale \u00e8 pronto per essere utilizzato come materia prima per la produzione di cemento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'azienda ha collaborato con Isle per trovare la soluzione pi\u00f9 interessante per recuperare le acque di lavaggio e riutilizzarle. L'obiettivo era trovare e valutare tecnologie che fossero economicamente vantaggiose e con un apporto energetico limitato.  Isle ha lavorato per valutare diversi principi di funzionamento per la desalinizzazione dei flussi d'acqua. Abbiamo identificato i sistemi avanzati di osmosi inversa (RO) come la soluzione pi\u00f9 adatta dal punto di vista economico e tecnico.  Il nostro team ha esaminato i sistemi RO avanzati e ha formulato raccomandazioni per la soluzione migliore per l'applicazione di recupero delle acque di lavaggio del cliente.
