The day saw four winners, \u2018Most Innovative Municipal Technology\u2019 and \u2018Most Innovative Industrial Technology\u2019 as voted for by the Judges and, \u2018Most Innovative Municipal Technology\u2019 and \u2018Most Innovative Industrial Technology\u2019 as voted for by the audience via the TechXchange app, sponsored by XPV Water Partners.<\/p>\n<p>Il <b>Municipal Water Innovation Competition <\/b>featured presentations from innovative technologies (<i>Subnero, Syrinix, Lighthaus, Utilis, Century Water and Oxymem)<\/i>, followed by questions, analysis and debate involving both audience and panel. The Judges of the innovative technologies were <b>Tim Lam<\/b>, MD of Isle Singapore, <b>Steven <\/b><b>Kloos<\/b>, Managing Partner of True North Venture Partners and <b>Paul-Joel <\/b><b>Derian, <\/b>Group Senior Vice-President Science &amp; Technologies<b> <\/b>at Suez. The Judges innovation award was presented to <b>Eddy Segal<\/b>, VP Sales at <b>Utilis, Israel<\/b>. The audience then took part in the interactive competition as the \u2018fourth judge\u2019 and had the opportunity to vote for who they believe should win the innovation award. The People\u2019s choice award was given to <b>Dr. Eoin Syron<\/b>, CTO at <b>Oxymem, <\/b><b>Ireland<\/b>. Judge Tim Lam of Isle commented that \u2018Utilis\u2019 satellite radar imaging has proven once again how innovative technology can be as long as we do not limit our imagination.\u2019 Congratulations Eddy at Utilis and Eoin at Oxymem!<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<figure style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Il <b>Industrial Innovation <\/b><b>Competition<\/b> followed in the afternoon, which featured presentations from 7 more innovative technologies (<i>Envirotech &amp; Consultancy<\/i><i>, Nanostone, <\/i><i>Arvia, Aerofloat, EDI, Vienna Water Monitoring and Muradel). <\/i>The Judges for this part of the competition were <b>David Henderson<\/b>,Managing Partner at XPV Water Partners, <b>Lorraine Frega<\/b>, Chief Strategy Officer at Shanghai Winner and <b>Adam Lovell<\/b>, Executive Director at WSAA. The Industrial Innovation Competition Winner<b> <\/b>was<b> <\/b><b>Wolfgang Vogl<\/b> da <b>Vienna <\/b><b>Water Monitoring<\/b>. Judge Lorraine Frega, Chief Strategy Officer, Shanghai Winner commented that VWM\u2019s continuous monitoring solution delivers substantial value for municipal and industrial customers who need to have reliable, real-time microbiological measures, and that Wolfgang had articulated his technology\u2019s unique selling point in a very convincing way. <b>The People\u2019s Choice Winner <\/b>through the realtime app<b> <\/b>was also Wolfgang Vogl from Vienna Water Monitoring!<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations Wolfgang on winning both
