Encontrar maneiras mais eficazes de reutilizar as \u00e1guas residuais no local conserva a \u00e1gua, reduz os custos e o impacto ambiental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma empresa global de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s desenvolveu um processo de carbonata\u00e7\u00e3o mineral para sequestrar o CO2 de suas refinarias. O CO2 \u00e9 mineralizado para produzir um s\u00f3lido que pode ser usado como mat\u00e9ria-prima no setor de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Para atingir a qualidade necess\u00e1ria, o produto final \u00e9 enxaguado para remover as impurezas. Essas impurezas s\u00e3o principalmente sais minerais que s\u00e3o liberados durante a imers\u00e3o do produto em \u00e1gua desmineralizada. Ap\u00f3s a lavagem, o produto final est\u00e1 pronto para ser usado como mat\u00e9ria-prima para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A empresa trabalhou com a Isle para encontrar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais atraente para recuperar a \u00e1gua de lavagem para reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. O objetivo era encontrar e avaliar tecnologias que fossem econ\u00f4micas e com consumo limitado de energia.  A Isle trabalhou para avaliar diferentes princ\u00edpios de funcionamento para a dessaliniza\u00e7\u00e3o de fluxos de \u00e1gua. Identificamos os sistemas avan\u00e7ados de osmose reversa (RO) como a solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais econ\u00f4mica e tecnicamente adequada.  Nossa equipe examinou sistemas avan\u00e7ados de RO e fez recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para a melhor solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua de lavagem do cliente.
